1. Long Term rental rates for 2025-26. (Lance)
2. A new Potential Housing List (PHL) policy(s) and application process is needed immediately. Assign the task and due-date to either Governance or 3-COMM.
   • Updates need to establish a clear philosophy and consistent application for use of the PHL. Improvements should address strengthened qualifications for a lease to help ensure those granted a lease will be a contributing member of the community, PHL yearly fees, when those on the list are removed, reinstatement for those inappropriately removed from the PHL at their original location on the list, whether to retain tiers, etc.
3. Executive Session
