Each RV Camper site provides a hookup for water and a hookup for 110 volt electrical.
Camping Season is May 1st through October 15th. All RV Campers, Trailers, belongings stored on site for the season are to be removed no later than October 15th.
Rules & Regulations
- All trailers must be insured. A copy of proof of insurance must be sent with signed site request to Mal Booth.
- Renters must abide by all rules and regulations, provided at check-in.
- Arrange check-in time with the Rentals Manager prior to arrival; check out time prior to departure
- Site is not reserved unless a deposit of one half of the rent accompanies this signed and dated form.
- Balance is due at check-in.
- Smoking is not allowed on the campgrounds. Smoking is permitted inside trailers only. An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if guests smoke in the bathroom/shower area.
- No more than 2 spayed/neutered pets per campsite, with proof of up-to-date shots and spay/neuter, and must be leashed when outdoors. Pets are not permitted inside any church-owned or church-managed buildings, including the shower/restrooms. Owners are responsible for clearing up after their pets. Renters may be assessed up to $200 if animal waste is left on site.
- Alcohol and recreational drugs, including marijuana in any form, is prohibited on the campgrounds.
- Limit of one vehicle per campsite. Additional vehicles may be parked at ballfield.
- Quiet Time 10 pm to 7 am.
- Limit of one air conditioner per site which must be turned off when you are not in your trailer.
- No open fires. Cooking fires only, per Onset Fire Department.
- There are no sewer hook ups. There is a dump station and bathrooms. Campers are expected to keep the bathrooms clean.
- Campers must keep campsites clean.
- No refrigerators may be stored outside of campers.
- Non-payment of fees or failure to comply with these terms & conditions and with the rules and regulations provided at check-in may result in eviction from site. If evicted, failure to remove trailer from site will result in the trailer being towed away at the camper’s expense.
- No trailers may remain on the campgrounds after the first Sunday after Columbus Day.
- Guests hereby release and agree to hold harmless Community of Christ and its affiliated organizations, staff, volunteers and employees from claims, liability, expenses and damages for personal injury, sickness, or death, based on ordinary negligence, theft or property damage and expenses of any nature incurred during this rental.
