Rental Rates

Our Rec Center and Kitchen are available to rent for events. The pricing is as follows:
- Rec Center room only (no kitchen access)
- $150 per day during summer season (no heat or AC)
- $250 per day during off Season (use of heat)
- Kitchen only (no Rec Center access)
- $200 per day
- Rec Center and Kitchen
- $350 per day during summer season (no heat or AC)
- $450/day during off season (use of heat)
Rules & Regulations
- No pets are allowed in any of the campgrounds group facilities.
- Recreation Center and Kitchen must be cleaned once use is completed (floors swept/mopped, all surfaced used cleaned and dishware put away as found) or fee will be charged and future rental maybe restricted.
- No smoking is allowed in any of the buildings. An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged to the Event Host/Facility Requestor if any guests are found smoking in any campground facility.
- No alcoholic beverages or recreational drugs, including marijuana in any form, are permitted in any of the facilities.
- Tabernacle can seat 250 and the Chapel and Rec Hall can each seat 120. Confirm with the Rental Manager for the current limits.
- PAYMENT: A deposit of one half the fee must accompany this request. If the request is denied, or the Board of Trustees cancels the reservation, the fee will be returned. The renter agrees that if, for any reason, the scheduled function is cancelled by the renter within thirty (30) days of the date of the function, then one hundred percent of the deposit may be forfeited.
