Onset Board of Trustees Meeting

The Onset Board of Trustees will meet for the final time before Onset Conference.

There may be both in-person and virtual options to participate in this meeting--details to come soon.
 
We are permitting Observers 15 minutes (9:00-9:15am) at the beginning of the meeting to ask questions or seek information. Thereafter Observers are welcome to observe the meeting, but we will not be set up for interaction and Observers will be asked to mute or be muted. Employees of the OBOT will retain the ability to interact with the Board during the meeting. As Board members will be submitting reports in advance of the meeting, there will only be limited review and discussion of these during the meeting.
 
If it is determined that an Executive Session is required, all Observers will be asked to leave the meeting and all Board members will be required to self-certify that they are alone and will have no one in earshot for the duration of the session. Unfortunately, we will not be able to re-invite anyone to the Meeting after this occurrence.
