General directions for submitting requests for reservations:
Select the type of request you wish to make from the list below.
Bring up the form by clicking on the link.
Print out the form (these forms cannot be filled out on line) and submit it along with any deposits or maintenance fees to the address at the top of the form. Make all checks payable to COMMUNITY OF CHRIST.
You may submit a request for the Kitchen, Chaple, Tabernacle or to host an activity on the campgrounds using the ACTIVITY REQUEST form.
